The festival season is upon us, which means one thing my little ravers; the music scene goes into absolute overdrive, showcasing more hallowed names than you can shake a big bassy stick at.

And Birmingham’s @SeedySonics club night is no exception. With the success of the MADE Bank Holiday event at the @RainbowVenues, the relatively young but hugely diverse music night will be going ham in an all out music explosion at their Summer Street Festival on the 6th June.

Tickets are on final release; get them before you miss out on what plans to be the best end of exams/start of summer blow out for a long time. The renowned venue will hold host to some of the biggest names in house, techno and drum & bass, with the reggae dance hall stalwart David Rodigan MBE heading up his warehouse takeover, Ram Jamming alongside legendary DJ EZ and Shy FX amongst others.

In the courtyard will be none other than drum & bass imprint @CriticalMusic headed up by head honcho @KasraCritical, as well as Mefjus, Sam Binga, all of whom have been doing the rounds on the @Fabriclondon ‘Fabriclive’  promo mixes much to my happiness. This room promises to be an event within itself.

You can also look forward to the full Rainbow Venue experience; Police Rave Unit and Rainbow Ice Cream Van, as well as full street closure to make room for the barking mad festival regulars Bearded Kitten. Always keen on pushing local talent, there will be the likes of Brady & Reidy, Shorterz, MIstanoize and Tommy Vercetti all getting some well deserved festival time.

Genuinely, all roads will be leading to the Seedy Sonics Summer Street Festival on the 6th June.
